Pilates for the Pelvic Floor

This class  uses the Pilates principles of low repetition and low impact stretching and conditioning exercises while focused on targeting muscle groups that encourage pelvic floor facilitation and relaxation to create a healthy coordinated group of muscles that can adapt to different loads and positions.

The class is lead by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and pre-screening is required to assess suitability for the class.
